ALPHAS: Panel Comic Con

The Alphas panel at Comic Con was just plain fun.  Azita Ghanizada was clearly the leader of the panel, which is so unlike her character.  It was great to see her being so vocal.  Of course Warren Christie was gorgeous as always, but it was Malik Yoba that was the highlight of the panel.  He was engaging, funny and smart. David Strathairn & Laura Mennell rounded out the panel.

In the aftermath of last season’s finale the Alphas start this season a little scattered and lost.  While they didn’t reveal much of what is going to happen they did introduce a new character named Kat, played by Erin Way as well as two guest stars.  The guest stars were none other then Summer Glau and Sean Astin who both showed up for the panel.

Unfortunatly Ryan Cartwright was not there although Azita did give him a call so he could say hi via speaker phone.

What was said about next year was mainly focused on how the Alphas will be dealing with their secret beig exposed and how they will either band together or tear apart.

Alphas season two will air Monday July 23rd 10/9c on Syfy.
