Once Upon a Time – 8/7c ABC
“The Stranger” – August promises to enlighten Emma and take her on a journey that will show her how she can beat Regina, and possibly take custody of Henry; and with Mary Margaret returning to work, Regina puts a plan in motion to seduce David. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, with the Evil Queen’s curse about to strike, Geppetto agrees to a plan that will save Snow White and Prince Charming’s daughter, but with a proviso that could also save his own son.

Game of Thrones – 9/8c HBO
“The Ghost of Harrenhal” – The end of the Baratheon rivalry drives Catelyn to flee and Littlefinger to act. At King’s Landing, Tyrion’s source alerts him to Joffrey’s flawed defense plan and a mysterious secret weapon. Theon sails to the Stony Shore to prove he’s worthy to be called Ironborn. In Harrenhal, Arya receives a promise from Jaqen H’ghar, one of three prisoners she saved from the Gold Cloaks. The Night’s Watch arrive at the Fist of the First Men, an ancient fortress where they hope to stem the advance of the wildling army.

The Good Wife – 9/8c CBS
“The Dream Team” – Will and Diane scramble when Louis Canning and Patti Nyholm team up to bankrupt the firm. Also, Alicia faces conflicted feelings regarding her relationship with Peter, and Kalinda’s past catches up to her.

Veep – 10/9c HBO
“Frozen Yoghurt” – The veep’s office is revived by good news that her task force is likely to be green-lit. With the president (conveniently) out of the country, Selina looks to make headway on filibuster reform and meet some “normal” people.

GCB – 10/9c ABC
“Adam & Eve’s Rib” – When Amanda tries to put together an all female barbeque team to prove a point to her daughter, she recruits the helps of the GCBs for the cook-off of the year. Meanwhile Heather meets an attractive butcher (Kevin Alejandro), Cricket purchases stud services from businessman Mason Massey (Grant Bowler), Carlene becomes frustrated with Ripp, and Sharon tries to help Zack with his dealership problems.

Girls – 10:30/9:30c HBO
“All Adventurous Women Do” – Hannah meets up with her erstwhile college flame to find out how she contracted HPV, uncovering much more in the process. Marnie’s art-gallery boss introduces her to a cocky artist who piques her interest, while Jessa gets a babysitting gig.
