“Single White Female Role Model” – Sabrina is arrested after participating in an Occupy Natesville protest and is sentenced to two weeks in prison. One of the prison attendants (Katy Perry) claims to be a friend from her past and will stop at nothing to make Sabrina’s stay in the slammer as dreadful as possible until she remembers their childhood friendship. Meanwhile, the mayor of Natesville grants Virginia three wishes after she helps her avoid a public scandal, but when Jimmy turns down the mayor’s advances, Sabrina’s chances of being exonerated are put at risk.

Switched At Birth – 8/7c ABC Family
“Game On” – Daphne is nervous and excited about playing in the basketball tournament for Carlton against Buckner Hall while Emmett makes a mistake that could destroy his relationship with Bay forever.

Cougar Town – 8:30/7:30 ABC
“Full-Moon Fever” – One look is all it takes for Bobby to fall for Travis’ photography professor (guest star Sarah Chalke as Angie), but Travis refuses to introduce them; Laurie falls for a guy she’s never met when she begins a romance, via twitter, with a soldier in Iraq; and Jules and Andy prepare to go to war against an unruly gang of kids on bikes who are terrorizing the cul-de-sac.

The River – 9/8c ABC
“Doctor Emmet Cole” – Adventurous, strong, witty and also deeply spiritual. Manny is a responsible, religious, down-to-earth, dependable member of Emmet’s crew. He is one of only two crew members willing to follow Emmet into the jungle on a mission that everyone else thinks will lead to certain death. When faced with Il Tunchi, an evil spirit that makes one face his greatest fears before viciously killing him, Manny sees a horrifying image of his dead, cancer stricken mother – she is the reason he’s on this trip but has become the reason he will not survive it.

Ringer – 9/8c the CW
“You’re Way Too Pretty To Go To Jail” – Agent Machado’s past with his informant, stripper Shaylene Briggs (guest star Nikki DeLoach) is revealed and Siobhan deceives Malcolm when she pretends to be Bridget. In Paris, Tyler takes something from Siobhan that is a key piece of evidence in her plot for revenge. Henry realizes Bridget knows more than she should and has to keep her from interfering with his plans.

New Girl – 9/8c FOX
“Injured” – When Nick is hurt playing a game of touch football and Jess discovers he doesn’t have insurance, she brings him to her doctor friend – an OB-GYN. The gang rallies together and Nick evaluates his life when his seemingly innocuous back injury may prove to be more serious than thought.

Jane By Design – 9/8c ABC Family
“The End of the Line” – Now that Ben is onto Jane’s secret, her dream job looks like it could be coming to an end quickly. But with Fashion Week finally here, Gray and the Donovan Decker team are counting on her more than ever – especially when the mole rears their ugly head again. How can Jane let everyone down and let go of her dream? But if she goes, how would she be able to explain herself to Ben? This is one fashion problem that doesn’t have a quick fix. Meanwhile, Billy must pay the price for getting caught up in Tommy’s plan.

“The Contra Club” – In the second season premiere, Cameron, Cash and Melanie discover that Oz is forced to sell the company to a corporate conglomerate headed by the brash and bold Veronica Mann (Emmy Award winner Megan Mullally, who joins the cast as a series regular), who along with her prickly British assistant Molly, turn the office upside-down.
