A Storm Is Coming To Army Wives

By  |

The popular Lifetime military drama Army Wives will return this Sunday, March 4 with a two-hour season premiere that finds a dangerous hurricane ready to hit Fort Marshall. This impending storm has everyone battening down the hatches just as the base is nearing its official closure with all of the Army wives preparing for their husbands’ new deployment assignments.

Chase is already in California while Pamela is stuck at For Marshall as the storm approaches; Joan and family will remain at the Fort until the very last moment as she is responsible for the full closure; Roxie, Trevor, and their family as well as Denise, Frank, and baby Molly will all be heading to Fort Hope in North Carolina very soon; and Michael has been assigned to the Pentagon, but will he and Claudia Joy head there or elsewhere?

As the first hour of the premiere plays out, plans are underway for the first birthday of baby Molly while the base prepares for the worst that the hurricane could potentially drop on them. Rather than be deterred by what the storm could bring, the Army wives proceed with the party; but eventually Pamela is back on duty while Denise is ordered back to the hospital.

Because of the storm picking up speed and threatening the Fort, Molly’s birthday party is brought to an end and all of the children are left with Claudia Joy and Roland at the Holden residence to weather the storm.  Roxie heads out to pick up young Finn from a friend’s house, which leads to big trouble for the two of them when the hurricane hits.

A climatic rescue is made by Pamela, but a shocking twist brings the first hour to an abrupt end, leaving just enough of a cliffhanger to make the second hour tantalizing.

Make sure to tune in to Lifetime for the season premiere of Army Wives on Sunday, March 4 at 9 PM.
