It’s the Year of Penny! So declares Casey Wilson’s character in the season premiere (September 28) when she invites her friends over to her new condo. Why wait until she’s married to buy her first place? Penny’s celebration takes a sour turn when a new neighbor tells her everyone in the building thinks her place is haunted, destined to turn any single girl into a cat-owning spinster. Cue an influx of cats, bad dates, and coupons for personal pizzas.

Desperate Housewives

The consequences of covering up a murder are weighing heavily on the ladies of Wisteria Lane, particularly Susan and Carlos. Susan closes herself off from her friends, Carlos is snippy with Gaby and the kids, there’s trouble in the bedroom, and even an arrest, but an unlikely friendship is born out of guilt. How will their significant others handle this new closeness?

The Closer

Christmas is a time for family, and this year Buzz’s sister is coming home for the holidays. A weather forecaster in Seattle, Casey Watson causes quite a stir among Buzz’s colleagues in the Major Crimes Unit when she gets involved with a murder case at the Santa’s Village she and Buzz went to every year as children. Once the killer is caught, the real question is, who gets to kiss Casey under the mistletoe?
