Nice Boy of the Week: Jason Momoa

I just couldn’t resist, Jason Momoa has been on the radar for some time, largely thanks to his role on Game of Thrones. Our Nice Boy feature is a day late because I really had no inspiration, until our “Game of Thrones” photos went up here from Comic Con. Who could ignore this towering hunk of talent that made the audience roar when he took the stage for that panel?

Jason was born in Hawaii but raised in Iowa, and he began his career as a model. He won Hawaii’s Model of the Year award in 1999 and landed the role as ‘Jason Ioane’ in Baywatch in the same year. After his Baywatch days, Jason starred as  ‘Ronan Dex’ in the popular sci-fi series, Stargate Atlantis.

Jason’s performance as ‘Khal Drogo’ was much talked about and one has to believe that Khal helped land the lead in the new “Conan” movie, which yes, I am going to see when it hits theaters here on August 19.
