ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas – December 3

Tonight is my favorite night. Why? ABC Family will air The Polar Express, which is a family must-see in our home. Tonight we pop the popcorn, melt the chocolate and bring out the giant-sized marshmallows, wrap ourselves up in snuggly throws over our PJs and settle in.

This holiday season, the Academy Award-winning team of Tom Hanks and director Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump, Cast Away) reunite for “The Polar Express”, an inspiring adventure based on the beloved Caldecott Medal children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg. When a doubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery that shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe.

The beautiful original score from Alan Silvestri, the visually stunning art and animation and Tom Hanks make this a holiday tradition that you won’t want to miss. It’s a film for young and old to enjoy over and over again.
