Nice Boy of the Week: Nathan Fillion

Canadian-born Nathan Fillion has been unanimously voted this week’s Nice Boy in honor of his new television series, Castle, which premiered Monday night on ABC. Nathan is best known for his role as “Capt. Malcolm (Mal) Reynolds” in Joss Whedon’s Firefly, and, subsequently, Serenity. He also played “Caleb” in Joss’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer for its final season. Joss used Nathan again in Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog, where he played Capt. Hammer.
