Thankful Thursday: NiceGirl Rueben & Mynda

To finish off our month of Thankful Thursday’s we have Rueben and Mynda.

Rueben:
I really enjoyed the first season of The Shannara Chronicles on MTV and am so thankful that the network renewed it for a second season, as there is so much story still to play out. I truly hope that by adapting this to the small screen that folks will read the books on which it was based.
I’m thankful that Syfy gave both of the sci-fi shows Killjoys and Dark Matter third season renewals. These are two of the most under-rated shows of the season that have such great characters and interesting stories.
Thanks to Hallmark Channel for not only having great TV shows – When Calls the Heart, Chesapeake Shores and Good Witch – but also more made-for-TV movies for every season of the year than any other network.

Mynda:
I am thankful for STARZ Black Sails. They have brilliantly created a beautifully brutal complex world with characters we love and loathe in equal measure. I am profoundly grateful for the emotional angst the show has evoked and not completely sure I will ever recover from the death of Vane.
