The following list provides the dates of the returning cable and major network dramas as well as new cable and major network dramas, made-for-TV movies and mini-series that will air during May:

May 1- The season finale of Blue Bloods will air on CBS at 10 PM

May 2 – The original Hallmark Movies & Mysteries made-for-TV film Murder She Baked: A Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder Mystery will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on the book by Joanne Fluke, the film centers on free spirit Hannah Swensen (Alison Sweeney from Days of Our Lives), an expert baker who becomes a culinary detective when her shop, the Cookie Jar, becomes the scene of a crime, just as she is caught in a romantic mystery of her own. The film also stars Cameron Mathison (All My Children) and Barbara Niven (Cedar Cove).

May 3 – Madam Secretary will air its season finale at 8 PM on CBS

May 3 – Penny Dreadful will return for its second season on Showtime at 10 PM

May 3 – The new UP Channel movie Love By Design will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Danielle (Giulia Nahmany) is living her dream in New York City. She’s got a successful career at a high fashion magazine, a great apartment and a handsome boyfriend. But when a coworker steals her idea (and her boyfriend), Danielle loses her self-control to her ultra-diva boss — and then loses her job. With her life in ruins, she heads home to Romania to the comfort of her family and friends. Now with the help of her colorful family, Danielle will rediscover herself and the passion that made her fall in love with fashion in the first place. The cast includes Jane Seymour and David Oakes.

May 5 – The season finale of Person of Interest will air on CBS at 10 PM

May 5 – The ABC drama Forever will air its season finale at 10 PM

May 6 – Criminal Minds will air its season finale on CBS at 9 PM

May 8 – The two-hour season finale of Hawaii Five-0 will air at 9 PM on CBS

May 9 – The new Hallmark Channel film Just the Way You Are will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a professional matchmaker’s own marriage loses its spark, she seeks to recharge the relationship by asking her husband out on a blind date. As Mother’s Day approaches and their romance starts to rekindle, she wonders if her career-driven husband will finally learn to put his family’s needs before his job. The film stars Candace Cameron Bure and Ty Olysson.

May 10 – The Good Wife will air its season finale on CBS at 9 PM

May 10 – The original UP Channel movie Mothers of the Bride will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a young woman, adopted at birth, gets engaged, she decides this might be a good time to meet her birth mother. Her adopted mother, so excited to plan her daughter’s wedding is supportive until she meets the birth mother who is a hugely successful event planner. The film stars Gail O’Grady (NYPD Blue and Revenge), Betsy Brandt, Daniella Bobadilla, Julie Brown and Roy Werner.

May 10 – Once Upon a Time will air its two-hour season finale and Revenge will air its one-hour series finale on ABC at 8 and 10 PM respectively

May 10 – Wolf Hall will air its season finale on PBS at 10 PM

Castle S7 2014

May 11 – Castle will air its season finale on ABC at 10 PM

May 11 – The season finales of The Originals and Jane the Virgin will both air on The CW at 8 and 9 PM respectively

May 11 – A&E will air the season finales of Bates Motel and The Returned at 9 and 10 PM respectively

May 12 – CBS will air the season finales of NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans at 8 and 9 PM respectively

May 12 – Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air its season finale on ABC at 9 PM

May 12 – Chicago Fire will air its season finale on NBC at 10 PM

May 13 – The CW will air the season finale of Arrow at 8 PM

May 13 – ABC will air the season finale of Nashville at 10 PM

May 13 – The final two episodes of CSI: Cyber will air on CBS at 9 and 10 PM

May 14 – The season finale of The Blacklist will air at 10 PM on NBC

May 14 – The Vampire Diaries and Reign will both air their season finales on The CW at 8 and 9 PM respectively

May 14 – CBS will air the season finale of Elementary at 10 PM

May 14 – The 10-episode psychological thriller Wayward Pines will debut on FOX at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: Based on the best-selling novel by Blake Crouch, the series focuses on a Secret Service agent on a mission to find two missing federal agents in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, Idaho. The series stars Matt Dillon (Crash), Melissa Leo (The Fighter), Terrence Howard (Crash and Empire), Carla Gugino (Entourage), Shannyn Sossamon (Moonlight), Toby Jones (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), Reed Diamond (24 and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D), Tim Griffin (Prime Suspect) and Juliette Lewis (Secrets and Lies)

Wayward Pines

May 14 – Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal and American Crime will all air their season finales on ABC at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

May 16 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries original move Gourmet Detective will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Dylan Neal (Cedar Cove) stars as a culinary whiz who uses his mastery of food, drink and cooking to solve crimes of the culinary world. Whether it’s the theft of a valuable recipe or a suspicious murder in the middle of a five-star restaurant, his insight, skills and encyclopedic knowledge of all things edible always lead him to the culprit. The film also stars Brooke Burns.

May 16 – The HBO movie Bessie will air at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Queen Latifah (Chicago) stars as legendary blues singer Bessie Smith, focusing on her transformation from a struggling young singer into “The Empress of the Blues,” one of the most successful recording artists of the 1920s. The film includes Michael Kenneth Williams (Boardwalk Empire), Khandi Alexander (Treme and Scandal), Mike Epps (The Hangover), Tika Sumpter (Sparkle), Tory Kittles (True Detective), Oliver Pratt (Fargo), Bryan Greenberg (How to Make It in America), Mo’Nique (Precious) and Charles S. Dutton (Roc and Longmire).

May 17 – Mad Men will air its series finale on AMC at 10 PM

May 17 – The season finales of Call the Midwife and Mr. Selfridge will air at 8 and 9 PM respectively on PBS

May 18 – The season finales of Stalker and NCIS: Los Angeles will both air at 9 and 10 PM respectively on CBS

May 18 – The Following will air its season finale on FOX at 8 PM

May 19 – The Flash will air its season finale on The CW at 8 PM

May 20 – The Mysteries of Laura, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Chicago P.D. will all air their season finales on NBC at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

Supernatural S10 2014

May 20 – The CW will air the season finale of Supernatural at 9 PM

May 21 – The Canadian thriller Between will air on Netflix (six one-hour episodes, one episode every week)

Show Synopsis: This survivalist thriller tells the story of a town under siege from a mysterious disease that has wiped out everybody except those 21-years-old and under, chronicling the power vacuum that results when a government has quarantined a 10-mile diameter area and left the inhabitants to fend for themselves. The series stars Jennette McCurdy (iCarly and Sam and Cat).

May 24 – Battle Creek will air its season finale on CBS at 10 PM

May 24 – Lifetime will air the season finale of The Lizzie Borden Chronicles at 10 PM

May 25 – The box office movie Grace of Monaco has been relegated to airing on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Nicole Kidman stars as the beloved Grace Kelly in the biopic that takes place in 1962, six years after Kelly celebrated her “wedding of the century” and finds her yearning for a return to her acting career. The film also stars Tim Roth, Frank Langella, Parker Posey and Paz Vega.

May 28 – The new NBC drama Aquarius will debut with a two-hour series premiere at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: The series will explore the cat-and-mouse game between Charles Manson and the police in the years leading up to the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in the late 1960s. The cast includes David Duchovny as LAPD Sgt. Sam Hodiak and Gethin Anthony as Manson.

May 29 – The HBO movie Nightingale will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: David Oyelowo (Selma) stars in this provocative drama that probes the darkest corners of a disturbed mind, as a war veteran begins to unravel thread by thread.

May 30 – Outlander will air its season finale on Starz at 9 PM

May 30 and May 31 – The Lifetime made-for-TV movie The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe will air at 8 PM on both nights

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on the best-seller of the same name by J. Randy Taraborrelli, the film is a portrait of a young Norma Jeane Mortenson as she battles a lonely and loveless existence with an absent mother. Despite the odds, Norma Jeane blossoms into a funny, smart and ambitious woman who soon reinvents herself to become the symbol of an era. Kelli Garner stars as Monroe while Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Supernatural and Magic City) will play Joe DiMaggio and veteran actress Susan Sarandon will play Marilyn’s mother Gladys.

May 31 – Halt and Catch Fire will return for its second season on AMC at 10 PM
