PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: Photo Preview for “Dead To Me”

As promised, ABC Family has released photos from the new Pretty Little Liars episode, Dead To Me. Annabeth Gish returns as Dr. Sullivan in this one. The official synopsis says that Spencer is reluctant to go to this, yet another, memorial service for Alison DeLaurentis. I can say that I blame her, I’m kind of over watching the girls mourn over someone who was such a manipulative, conniving, B. What do you all think?

Dead To Me airs Tuesday, February 5, at 8/7c.
