Nice Girls Posts

The 2009-2010 television season has come to an end for the major networks (except for a few shows that returned late in the season) and many bloggers as well as critics have posted their winners and losers for the past season. Like many of my peers, I have created my own list, focusing mainly on dramatic programming (since that is …

Nice Girls are always happy to help other nice girls in trouble and Spencer Hastings is in it deep. We’re going to let her have the floor to explain her plight. Spencer:  The harassment from the mysterious “A” is increasing. She’s now threatening to expose all my dirty little secrets if I don’t get 100 votes for student council, even …

As long time fans of Alex O’Loughlin (Moonlight, Three Rivers), we are always eager to get behind his projects and help promote them. As a fan of the original Hawaii Five-O,  I begged for the job of spotlighting this. Co-starring with Alex is Scott Caan (Entourage), Grace Park (The Border, The Cleaner) and Daniel Dae Kim (Lost). By the looks …

My dirty little secret is out – I am Spencer. My steps have been dogged by “A”, lately, and I’ve been forced to reveal my true identity. But that’s all I will reveal. Be warned, “A”, whoever you are; wherever you are. I am well equipped to withstand any of your threats, as you well know.   Pretty Little Liars premieres …

She then appeared in the short-lived series Wolf Lake and a short recurring role in Andromeda. She has appeared in …

Meanwhile, Quinn connects with her “funky” side with a little help from Mercedes, and Will gets revenge on Sue. The Good …

Last week the major networks made their upfront presentations to advertisers in New York City, announcing their plans for their fall programming. There were surprises from each network with cancellations of shows, renewals for a number of “on the bubble” series and pick-ups on new programs. As I have mentioned before, I am a fan of dramas so I was …

Happy Chuck finale day! That’s season finale, by the way, as NBC has renewed Chuck for a fourth season. Oh look, that means the Nice Girls went four-for-four on bubble shows we wanted to see renewed. Clearly we have good taste. Chuck – NBC 8/7c – SEASON FINALE “Chuck vs. the Subway/Chuck vs. the Ring: Part 2” – THE RING …

When I was just a young TV watcher in the ’80s, Pound Puppies was one of my favorite cartoons. My brothers and I would watch the show on Saturday mornings, and “icky poo” is still a catchphrase we use. I even had a couple of the stuffed animals, rescued from “the pound”! Now, more years later than I care to …
