Who Was That Last Night?

As I was watching The Mentalist last night, some of the guest stars really had me wracking my brains to figure out where I’d seen them before. It looks like we weren’t the only ones; our tracking software shows that several people have visited NGTV today looking for that same information. Because we’re nothing if not helpful (and nice!), here’s who you’re looking for:

The Psychic – Leslie Hope played the psychic Thomas Jane is so openly antagonistic toward. Probably best known for playing Jack Bauer’s wife on 24, Hope also recently appeared as Lily on Runaway and as a guest star on Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Private Practice.

The Daughter – Ashley Johnson played the murdered woman’s daughter, Clara. She’s done a ton of voiceover work, but I know her from What Women Want, where the played Mel Gibson’s rebellious teenage daughter. (I think I just heard a bunch of “aha!” moments coming across the Intarwebz.)

The Son –Noel Fisher played Travis, the murdered woman’s son. He was Cael on FX’s recently canceled The Riches in addition to several guest roles and smallish parts in movies.

The Not-Lover – JR Bourne played Jeremy, the artist who was NOT the murdered woman’s lover. He’s won a couple of awards for his work in Canadian films and done a ton of guest spots on US television. I think I recognize him from his episode of CSI.
