Dragon Con 2015: 5 Panels You Don’t Want To Miss!

It’s officially Dragon Con week! Yay! This year more than 65,000 people are expected to attend Dragon Con in Atlanta, GA (now in its 29th year). Beginning Friday September 4th through Monday September 7th, downtown Atlanta will be filled with cosplayers and fans of sci-fi, fantasy, pop culture, comics, literature and games.

There are more than 400 actors, artists, and authors scheduled to appear, so I wanted to highlight some can’t-miss moments for our Nice Girls TV readers. My top five panels are listed below!

1. Arrow – Stephen Amell will finally be in the building and he has his own panel on Friday! Yay! Join Stephen as well as cast members Katie Cassidy, John Barrowman, David Ramsey and Matt Nable to see what is going on in Starling city!

2. The Flash – Sit down with the cast members to discuss what’s hot in Central city. Robbie Amell, Danielle Panabaker, Candice Patton, and John Wesley Shipp will be there for an awesome Q & A.

3. Lost Girl– Ladies and Gents Anna Silk (Bo) is making her Dragon Con debut and I couldn’t be more excited! Lost Girl is always a fan favorite at Dragon Con and I think this will be the best year yet! Anna Silk, Ksenia Solo, Kris Holden-Ried, Paul Amos, Zoie Palmer, and Rachel Skarsten will be in attendance to talk all things Fae!

4. Family Magic: The Vampire Diaries & The Originals – This is a moderated fan-panel discussion of the two hit shows, discussing their connections & differences. I am excited because I will be a panelist and it is my first panel ever! Some come on out and talk vamps with us and please say hello! Moderator Erika Pratte, panelists Valerie Hampton, Jeanne Stein & Lisa Harrison (that’s me! :-)).
Saturday – 4:00pm Westin Chastain ED

5. Once Upon A Time– Storybrooke is coming back to Dragon Con! See what they have to say about the Dark Swan! Cast members Kristin Bauer, Merrin Dungey, and Victoria Smurfit will be in attendance.

You can also see Nichelle Nichols, Edward James Olmos, Tom Mison, Felicia Day and many other actors including the ones I’ve listed above at the Walk of Fame. The Walk of Fame is located in the Marriott and it is where most of the actors sign autographs (some charge a fee). The Walk of Fame hours of operation are listed below:
