March TV Calendar

Here is what you can look forward to seeing on the major and cable channels throughout March, including new and returning shows as well as made-for-TV movies:

March – Breaking Bad will continue its marathon of back-to-back episodes every Wednesday night

March 4 – Lifetime will reair episodes from Season 1 of Drop Dead Diva starting tonight at 9 and 10 PM

March 6 – The new A&E series Breakout Kings will debut at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: Veteran U.S. Marshals Charlie Duchamp (Laz Alonso) and Ray Zancanelli (Domenick Lombardozzi) take an unorthodox approach to their work by using former fugitives to catch fugitives. The cast includes Jimmi Simpson, Malcolm Goodwin and Brooke Nevin.

March 6 – New episodes of Army Wives will be back on Lifetime at 9 PM

March 7 – The final episodes of Stargate Universe will be back starting tonight at 10 PM

March 7 – The Event will return with new episodes tonight, starting with back-to-back episodes at 8 and 9 PM

March 7 – Greek will air its series finale tonight on ABC Family at 9 PM

NEWLY ADDED:
March 7 – The Lifetime movie He Loves Me will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Laura (Heather Locklear) believes she leads an idyllic life. She is a successful Seattle real estate agent, presumably happily married to one of the city’s leading cardiologists and mother to their darling six-year-old daughter. When Laura begins to suspect her husband is cheating on her, she is devastated by his infidelity, despite having a torrid affair of her own. While she desperately tries to save her marriage, Laura’s mysterious past begins to emerge, making her more paranoid, delusional and violent in alarming ways. As her mental state continues to unravel, whoever gets in the way of Laura’s myriad of fantasies becomes expendable — no matter who they are — revealing the shocking dream world that insulates her from reality.

March 8 – The season finale of White Collar will air on the USA Network at 10 PM

March 12 – The Syfy movie Battle of Los Angeles will premiere tonight at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Hundreds of extra-terrestrial ships swarm Los Angeles, causing death and chaos ahead of an impending alien invasion. A small group of United States military personnel are able to get underground, where they learn the only way to stop the invasion is by destroying the mothership from within. It falls to two determined soldiers to finish the job before the human race is demolished. The film stars Nia Peeples (Pretty Little Liars) and Kel Mitchell (Kenan & Kel).

March 20 – The Lifetime Movie Network movie Bringing Ashley Home will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A true-life sage about a woman (A.J. Cook from Criminal Minds) who dedicated her life to searching for her missing sister (Jennifer Morrison from House).

NEWLY ADDED:
March 21 – Pretty Little Liars will air a marathon of episodes on ABC Family from 11 Am to 7 PM before the season finale airs at 8 PM

March 26 – The Syfy movie Scream of the Banshee will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a college professor opens a strange, ornate box discovered in the basement of her University, she and her students hear the horrifying scream of a bloodthirsty Banshee. Everyone who hears the scream dies a strange and terrible death. Now the professor and a few stragglers must try to stop the Banshee. The film stars Lauren Holly (NCIS) and Lance Henriksen (Alien).

March 27 – The HBO 5-part mini-series Mildred Pierce will debut on HBO

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The made-for-TV movie Mildred Pierce will air as a five-part mini-series on HBO in March. The film stars Kate Winslet, Guy Pearce, James LeGros, Melissa Leo, Bryan F. O’Byrne and Evan Rachel Wood. Mare Winningham and Hope Davis co-star. The film is about a single mother during the Depression years with the world outside mirroring Mildred’s plight as the financial markets suddenly tumbled, impacting political and cultural sectors globally.

March 28 – The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make It or Break It will return with new episodes on ABC Family Channel at 8 and 9 PM respectively

March 29 – Body of Proof will premiere on ABC at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: Dana Delany stars as Dr. Megan Hunt, a top flight neurosurgeon until a life-changing car accident changed her career. She now works as a medical examiner and court-medical expert. The cast includes Jeri Ryan, John Carroll Lynch, Nicholas Bishop, Geoffrey Arend, Windell Middlebrooks and Sonja Sohn.
