Christmas Coaches Help a British Royal Make A Cheerful Christmas on the Hallmark Channel

By  |

The latest Hallmark Channel movie A Cheerful Christmas will debut tonight, December 15.

Lauren (Erica Deutschman from the movie A Very Country Wedding and Shadowhunters) and her best friend Colleen (Tianna Nori from the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Northern Lights of Christmas) have created their own dream jobs making people’s Yuletide wishes come true as personal “Christmas Coaches.”

Four years after signing their first client, the friends score a major coup when they are hired by the Anderson family, wealthy British royals who relocated to America from London. But the only Anderson currently in town is James (Chad Connell from the Netflix film Good Sam and Good Witch), who is busy negotiating an acquisition for his father’s company and doesn’t want to be bothered with holiday planning. Lauren, however, refuses to be deterred from her mission to give the Andersons their best Christmas ever.

As she prods James about family traditions, her warmth and enthusiasm begins to melt his reserve. Sparks fly, yet Lauren can’t forget that she and the handsome nobleman come from very different worlds, unlike James and his lifelong friend and colleague, Maryam (Samantha Madely from In Contempt).

Meanwhile, Lauren has taken a big gamble in planning the family’s annual Christmas party. That night will determine if she has fulfilled her promise to deliver a magical, memorable Christmas – and if she has won James’ heart.

A Cheerful Christmas debuts on the Hallmark Channel at 8/7c.
