TIMELESS Advanced Review “The Miracle of Christmas”

By  |

Talking about Timeless is a mixed bag for me. I’m SOOO happy we are getting another episode, movie, anything and in turn I am SOOO sad that I am prepared for this to be the end of Timeless. Clockblockers have saved this show twice. That is unheard of. Would a third un-cancellation be too much of a Christmas Miracle to ask for? Fingers crossed NBC gives it some thought.

I’ll try not to be too dramatic here, but honestly Shawn Ryan and the Timeless Writers did the most perfect job with this series wrap up. It is a love letter to the fans who did so much. Do you realize Timeless was a trending topic at San Diego Comic Con this year – AND THE SHOW WASN’T IN ATTENDANCE? That is fan dedication and let me tell you, fans are going to appreciate, “The Miracle of Christmas”.

Some teasers:

  • Anything you think you know from the trailers you’ve seen is ratcheted up by ten! I feel like a promo for MTV’s show Diary, “You think you know, but you have no idea.”
  • You will need to remember to breath, more than once. The action, twists and turns will leave you gasping and breathless.
  • If you ship a couple, any couple, I think you will find a satisfying resolution.
  • There will be a few times where things do not go the way you want, but it is so amazing to watch and done in such a beautiful way that you will end up respecting what you just saw.
  • That being said – DO NOT WATCH WITHOUT TISSUES! You will need the box for happy and sad tears.
  • You know when you watch a show and there is a perfect moment; the music swelled, it was the best choice of song, the dialog was so fanatic you almost want to get it tattooed. That will happen so often in this 2-hours that you will have to just give in and watch the whole thing, start to finish, again and again.
  • Easter eggs are everywhere! Everywhere!
