Stupid:

Roz: I don’t even understand why Grace would go to the river at this point with a complicated pregnancy and not expect something bad to happen. But I can’t tell if that’s the worst of the week when Isaiah thinks that the callings are meant for evil with those creepy black shadows.

Cay: I had a hard time with the whole idea of how Grace’s surgeon ended up in the river. He goes from this confused older man that needs saving to suddenly being this world-renowned surgeon who is the only one who can save both her and the baby?

Awesome:

Roz: It’s finally time we see Jared not being as evil as we thought! I appreciate a good undercover cop when we get them, but I wish we had known he was doing it before now.

Cay: I like this development! It’s interesting for his character – there’s the question of how far will you go to establish your cover in a group like this – and I’m glad that he’s not evil. Also glad that it seems like there was nothing nefarious going on with Jared and their police boss. I’m betting that Jared did get a bit of pleasure at seeing Zeke roughed up, though.

It was also awesome that both Grace and the Baby survived, but it seemed obvious to me that it was a foregone conclusion that neither would die.

Oh, and another awesome thing – Ben’s evil co-worker has been outed!

So-So:

Roz: So what is that black shadow? I get that we’ve been seeing the mystery in bits and pieces, but I’d love to see what it is before I freak out that it’s something as menacing as it looks.

Cay: Yeah, it’s been a long time since we’ve had a reference to the shadows and I had honestly forgotten about them! They figured prominently into the first few episodes – even potentially killing one of the passengers if my memory serves – but then…nothing.

Your Thoughts:

Roz: This had moments of feeling like we weren’t getting anything big with the mythology and then those shadows appeared. I feel like every new episodes is giving more questions than answering the old ones.

Cay: I’m really liking the show this season. Can’t wait to see where it goes next!
