The cast list for season two of Outlander just keeps growing!

The latest announcement is that actress Claire Sermonne has been cast as Louise de Rohan, the historical figure who appears in the second book in the Diana Gabaldon series upon which the second season of the show will be based.

Louise is a frivolous and animated member of the French Court, who Claire (series lead Caitriona Balfe) befriends during her time in Paris. Even though they come from completely different worlds, they strike up a genuine friendship.

Sermonne starred in the Russian TV series The Rights and Laws.
