ARROW Casting Update: Fan Favorite Made Series Regular

Fresh-faced actress Emily Bett Rickards, who plays fan favorite, IT analyst extraordinaire Felicity Smoak on the hit new series Arrow on The CW has been promoted from recurring character this season to full-fledged full-time regular for next season.
