Scott Foley makes his Scandal debut in a multi-episode arc that has been kept pretty quiet by Shonda Rhimes and her crew. All we know is that Scott’s character is a very important one, but on this show that could mean a shocking twist we will never see coming. The official synopsis for Whiskey Tango Foxtrot makes Scott a possible new love interest for Olivia Pope.
After discovering the truth behind defiance, Fitz is still struggling to figure out whom he can actually trust. Meanwhile Olivia is trying to move on with her life, and she meets a handsome stranger, Jake Weston (Scott Foley), who sparks her interest. But when Fitz and Olivia are forced to be in the same room again, real sparks fly and things get heated. Back at Pope & Associates, the team handles a new case, and for the first time they’re working with David Rosen instead of against him.
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot airs February 14 at 10/9c, on ABC.

Oh, heavens. Ten months is a long time for Olivia and Fitz to go without each other, no matter how mad he is about things. Just looking at his face, it’s impossible to miss just how bad he wants to jump her bones, despite everything else.
That’s almost the best part of the show…watching Tony and Olivia feel and say things without actually saying anything. 🙂
