Nice Boy of the Week: (Sweet) Vik Sahay

As we unveil our new Nice Boy, we are honoring a favorite show among all of the Nice Girls, Chuck, which returns to Monday nights on Sept. 20 on NBC. Join me in congratulating Vik Sahay, who plays Lester Patel, the footie pajama-wearing, other half of “Jeffster”, the hottest music duo since Air Supply… er, Seals & Crofts…no, um, The Blues Brothers! Skip & Flip?

Anyway, Melissa had a chance to talk with Vik a while back, and then we met him at this summer’s Comic Con, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that he’s the sweetest, funniest guy you could ever want to know. Oh, and he’s talented too, did I mention that?

This Canadian sweetie was nominated for the Canadian Comedy Award in 2002 for his appearance in Our Hero as Dalal Vidya. He also portrayed attorney Anil Sharma on This Is Wonderland, the second and third seasons. His list of credits go on to include Roxy Hunter and the Mystery of the Moody Ghost, Good Will Hunting, eXistenZ, Hollow Point, Rainbow, The Ride, Wings of Hope, The Rocker and Amal.

Sahay’s role on Chuck launched him into the spotlight and Lester is one of the more popular characters from the show. His antics with sidekick Jeff add the slapstick comedy we love.  The show just wouldn’t be the same without him.
