A Look Back at 2009 (Part 4)

Most critics, and even bloggers, create their own categories of the best and worst in the TV season each year. This year I inadvertently started my own list that took on a life of its own and ended up geared more toward the best than the worst.

But, I honestly believe that the following characters, actors, actresses and series deserve a little extra attention this year. I hope you find some of your favorites included. They appear in no particular order:
