VIDEO! Vikings Panel at San Diego Comic Con

The Vikings Panel at San Diego Comic Con is always a “Must See” event and this year was no different. In fact, because of it’s popularity, the show got an upgrade and was moved to the larger Ballroom 20. Fans were treated to an extended teaser to what we can expect in the second half of the season which is decidedly and deliciously dark.

During the mid-season five finale, legendary Viking Rollo (Clive Standen) returns just as the divide between the Lothbrok family fractures with Ragnar’s sons battling each other to rule. The faceoff ends with resounding victory for Ivar the Boneless (Alex Høgh Andersen) who is still frothing for vengeance for  Lagertha’s (Katheryn Winnick). The previously unshakeable Lagertha, was last seen in a seemingly broken state and emotionally spent from the loss of Kattegat again which sets up a truly legendary struggle for the rest of the season.

In attendance were Show Creator Michael Hirst, and cast members Clive Standen (Rollo),  Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha), Alexander Ludwig (Bjorn), Alex Høgh Andersen (Ivar),  and Georgia Hirst (Torvi).
