Nominated by Ange: From Alex totally and adorably crushing on Maggie and not realizing it, to her vulnerability and confusion after Maggie questions her about it – Leigh nailed it this week, with her sensitive portrayal of a young woman trying to find herself, particularly during Alex’s speech at the end about always trying to be perfect. It wasn’t just these big verbal moments that made Leigh’s performance – it was also the subtle gestures and looks. I can’t wait to see how this storyline further develops!
