“On My Way” – Things heat up as the New Directions go head-to-head with the Dalton Academy Warblers at Regionals.

Switched At Birth – 8/7c ABC Family
“The Art of Painting” – Daphne is torn between her two schools and Bay is concerned by some of Emmett’s new habits since living with his father. Regina is excited for her first art show, but things go awry when Emmet’s parents get into a heated discussion over how he’s being raised. Kathryn finds out that the nurse who is the cornerstone of their legal case against the hospital is in financial hardship, and makes a big decision without consulting John that could destroy their case.

Cougar Town – 8:30/7:30 ABC
“A Mind with a Heart of its Own” – Jules ends up asking both Ellie and Laurie to be her “co-maids” of honor because she can’t stand to hurt anyone’s feelings; and Grayson tries to ask Chick (guest star Ken Jenkins, “Scubs”) for Jules’ hand in marriage formally, but Chick decides to have a little fun in the process.

The River – 9/8c ABC
“A Better Man” – As the search continues for Emmet and his crew, the Magus comes across one of Emmet’s crew members who went missing alongside Emmet. They soon discover that he’s been cursed and learn the mystical story behind the curse, which is now a matter of life and death. Lincoln faces a challenge when the rest of the crew want to leave their plagued colleague behind to continue the mission, and he must try to be their moral compass.

Ringer – 9/8c the CW
“Whores Don’t Make That Much” – Bridget encounters Dylan (guest star Misha Collins), who was an important part of the sisters’ past. After finding something in Henry’s possession that belongs to Bridget, Malcolm befriends Henry to keep an eye on him. Catherine (guest star Andrea Roth) asks Andrew to make a big decision regarding Juliet that could change their family dynamic.

New Girl – 9/8c FOX
“Bully” – When Jess tries to intervene with a classroom bully she finds herself the target of the bad seed student (guest star Joey King). Schmidt, meanwhile, is thrilled over his post-Valentine’s sexcapades, but hates that his paramour wants to keep it a secret; and Nick goes into a tailspin when Julia (guest star Lizzy Caplan) sends him a cactus.

Jane By Design – 9/8c ABC Family
“The Wedding Dress” – The Donovan Decker crew is under pressure to come up with the perfect wedding dress for socialite Charlotte Whitmore (guest star Autumn Reeser) after her rejection of the original dress. With all hands on deck pulling an all nighter and Jeremy’s job on the line, tensions are high in the office. Wanting to impress Jeremy and save-the-day, India takes credit for Jane’s wedding dress design. But with the design holding special meaning to Jane, she isn’t going to let the betrayal go idly by. Can Jane prove that the design is hers, and better yet – will Donovan Decker be able to pull off the perfect wedding dress?

Raising Hope – 9:30/8:30c FOX
“Sheer Madness” – As Jimmy and Sabrina’s relationship continues to grow, they both begin to realize that they’ve been hiding some of their habits from each other. They agree to let their guards down and start acting like themselves completely, but when Sabrina reveals an unusual childhood phobia, Jimmy decides to help her overcome her fear in a startling way. Meanwhile, Burt reveals a habit he’s been keeping from Virginia for years.

Body of Proof – 10/9c ABC
“Occupational Hazards” – After a car accident reveals a dead body in the trunk, the team is led to another body, leaving them with two cases to solve, while Megan is reconnected with an old acquaintance and Kate’s job is threatened.

Unforgettable – 10/9c CBS
“Heartbreak” – Carrie and Al are at a loss to explain how a murder victim mysteriously appeared in an empty ballpark.

White Collar – 10/9c USA – DIRECTED BY TIM DEKAY
“Stealing Home” – When a wealthy Yankees fan recruits Neal to join his crew to steal a prized piece of memorabilia inside Yankee Stadium, Neal is reminded of what life could be like again as a high-end thief.
