When we left Game of Thrones at the end of it’s phenomenal first season, the women were pretty much in charge. Sure, Tyrion was emerging as a major political player, and that creep Joffrey temporarily controls the Seven Kingdoms, but we all know that the women are rising.
Season 2 premieres April 1 on HBO, and the promotional machine is kicking into high gear with stills of the major players (including two of Emilia Clarke as Daenerys) and a new poster, just released today.
