TV Line just reported that Tim Phillipps, who played the um, other Prince Charming, Thomas/Sean, on Once Upon a Time, is moving into The Secret Circle‘s Chance Harbor for a possible recurring role. Episode 16 will mark his debut as “a wealthy, spontaneous, mystery man who sails into Chance Harbor on his yacht.”
