“I’m Leslie Knope” – Leslie must chose between Ben and her dream of running for office; Ann dispenses medical advice; Ron gets ready for the return of Tammy One.

The Vampire Diaries – the CW 8/7c
“The Hybrid” – Klaus (Joseph Morgan) puts a plan in motion that will give him even more power, but even with the unwilling participation of werewolf Ray Sutton (guest star David Gallagher), things don’t go exactly as Klaus had planned. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Alaric (Matt Davis) reluctantly go along with Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) new strategy to find Stefan (Paul Wesley), leading Damon into a dangerous fight with an unexpected enemy. Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) turns to Matt (Zach Roerig) for help as he continues to try to understand what the ghosts from his past want from him. Unaware that Caroline (Candice Accola) is in need of his help, Tyler (Michael Trevino) faces an emotional confrontation with his mother (guest star Susan Walters).

Person of Interest – CBS 9/8c – SERIES PREMIERE
“Pilot” – When the social security number of a young prosecutor comes up, Reese and Finch work together to figure out if their person of interest is the victim or perpetrator.

Whitney – NBC 9:30/8:30c  – SERIES PREMIERE
“Pilot” – A romantic comedy that charts the humorous highs and lows of an unmarried couple. First up: Whitney (Whitney Cummings) tries to add sparks to the relationship by initiating a seductive rendezvous with Alex (Chris D’Elia). The net result: a trip to the hospital.

The Secret Circle – the CW 9/8c
“Bound” – In an effort to distance herself from the Circle and establish a normal teenage life in Chance Harbor, Cassie (Britt Robertson) befriends Sally Matthews (guest star Logan Browning), a non-witch. Concerned their powers are getting out of control, Diana (Shelley Hennig) pushes everyone to bind the Circle, but Faye (Phoebe Jane Tonkin) is thrilled with the increase in her powers and refuses to participate, while Melissa (Jessica Parker Kennedy) flirts with Nick (Louis Hunter) despite Faye’s warnings. Meanwhile, Adam (Thomas Dekker) fights his growing feelings for Cassie, but circumstances continue to throw them together, forcing Cassie to make a decision.

The Mentalist – CBS 10/9c  – SEASON PREMIERE
“Scarlet Ribbons” – In prison for killing his nemesis, Patrick Jane must prove that the man he shot really was Red John. Meanwhile, Lisbon urges Van Pelt to seek counseling in the aftermath of the death of her fiance, Detective O’Laughlin.

Prime Suspect – NBC 10/9c – SERIES PREMIERE
