Are you Nice Girls ready for Halloween? This Nice Girl is…not. I’m still struggling to reconcile the fact that it’s already the end of October! To play us out this week, here are some of the stories we’ve read on other blogs that we think you ought to check out while snacking on candy corn.

• Curt at Show Patrol interviews Matt Lauria from Friday Night Lights. The final (*tear*) season is now airing on DirecTV 101; it will air on NBC next summer.
• Amrie at My Take On TV interviews Detroit 1-8-7‘s Erin Cummings, who stars as Dr. Ward in the gritty police drama.
• Jace from Televisionary has the casting call for the possible Charlie’s Angels reboot. The new Angels will be African-American, Latina, and…blond. Some things never change.
• The TV Addict has a warning for the cast of Glee who might think they’re in a position of bargaining power. (Spoiler: they’re not.)
