AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D: #tbt to Comic Con 2016

One of my favorite panels at Comic Con is the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., because the cast and creative team have a great sense of fandom and its role in a larger culture, Clark Gregg especially.

Sadly this year, I missed out on the panel at Comic Con proper, but I was able to catch some of the cast at Nerd HQ, where Clark Gregg, Henry Simmons and Iain De Caestecker discussed their favorite scenes from last season. It didn’t disappoint in the way that the cast still think as fans, even as they’re all playing a large part in an extended world that incorporates so much outside of their job as agents.

The half-hour panel was a great look into the actors’ minds.

Below are some photos taken from the panel and then the panel itself if you want to relive it (or watch it for the first time).

Some favorite moments: the cast getting oddly sexual in the first five minutes, Clark and Henry not wanting to ruin their relationship with Iain, how many times Mack gets knocked out and how that shouldn’t be true, how Iain thinks Fitz has a photo of Mack in his wallet, and lastly who Zachary Levi would be if he could be on S.H.I.E.L.D..

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. airs at 10PM on Tuesdays on ABC.
