Grab Your Hazmat Suit! ‘Helix’ Is Coming This Friday on SyFy!

SyFy’s got a new show and it’s a real killer! Helix invades our homes this Friday, January 10 at 10PM EST and I for one have been excited to see this new show since the panel at this year’s Comic Con. In that panel SyFy only revealed a tiny teaser which successfully creeped out the entire room!

Helix is an extreme tense thriller about a CDC team of scientists who travel to a ultra secluded high-tech research lab, Arctic Biosystems, to investigate an outbreak. The team arrives to find themselves drawn into a horrifying struggle that could decimate all of mankind. To make matters worse, the virus is only the beginning, and the further they investigate  mysteries only deepen. Everyone, it seems, has something to hide.

This show completely lives up to it’s tag line: ” Play God. Pay the price.”
The series has thirteen episodes, each lasting one day.

Helix is created by Cameron Porsandeh and is joined by Executive producer Ronald D. Moore of Battlestar Galactica fame and Steven Madea  from Lost. The cast consists of :Billy Campbell, Hiroyuki Sanada, Jordan Hayes, Kyra Zagorsky, Neil Napier, and Mark Ghanimé.
