AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. at Comic Con: Welcome Back Agent Coulson

This afternoon Melissa attended the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. panel at Comic Con and came away with some juicy tidbits for your evening. On the panel were Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Brett Dalton, Ming-Na Wen, Clark Gregg (who get’s a standing ovation), Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen, Jeph Loeb, Jeffrey Bell and the master of ceremonies himself, Joss Whedon.

The floor was immediately opened to the audience for a very short Q & A before Joss surprised everyone by announcing they’d be showing them the entire pilot episode. How lucky can a Nice Girl get?

Q. Will we see heroes and villains from Marvels cinematic past?

A. Yes, and some that haven’t been on screen yet.

Q. Deadpool?

A. Jed: Probably not.

Q. Mod: What’s it like putting on the suit again?

A. Clark hugs Joss. Gets a little teary about getting to be on the show.

A few other points of interest mentioned: Chloe auditioned 6 times and cried when she got the role of Skye.

Ming-na can’t say much about her character, but I can tell you she’s freaking cool.

Bear McCreary scores SHIELD. ‘We wanted to give this young man a break.’
