Nice Boys

Nice Boy of the Week: Patrick J. Adams

By  |

Patrick J. Adams caught my eye as I was watching the new USA series, Suits. He plays Mike Ross on the show, but I just knew I had seen him elsewhere. Not much is known yet about the young Canadian, but he is quietly making his

mark in Hollywood. Appearing in shows such as Pretty Little Liars, Cold Case, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer, Cupid, Raising the Bar, Friday Night Lights,  Without a Trace and Commander In Chief, Adams has spent his years since USC School of Theater moving through the screen, honing his craft.

Adams also appeared in the film Old School, and landed leads in The Waterhole and Weather Girl, with  Mark Harmon, Jon Cryer, Enrico Colantoni and Tricia O’Kelley. He won the LA Weekly Theater Award for Marat/Sade, a stage hit which he produced and directed.

I find myself riveted to my television screen while watching “Suits”, just because he brings a kind of comfortable ease to his character, and I like it. Both Patrick and Mike Ross deserve a spot on our Nice Boy wall of fame.
