One of the things I love about ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars, besides the whole Allison mystery and who is ‘A’, is the fact that these girls always look so put together. Clothes, makeup and hair were the number one priority when I was in high school, and I can’t imagine that much has changed. I’m still into what’s hot and what’s not in fashion.
Aria, Hannah, Spencer and Emily each have their own style and I love each one of them. Did you notice Hannah’s shoulder-sweeping earrings in episode 15, “If At First You Don’t Succeed, Lie, Lie Again”? Those were killer! I loved how they seemed to become part of her hair. From the ‘little black dress’ Aria wore to that dance contest, to all the lovely accessories, costume designer Mandi Line has these Liars’ numbers.
