Here is the next installment of actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show:

Mageina Tovah
Mageina Tovah – Mageina had “blink and you’ll miss her” guest spots in shows such as The Guardian, Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, NYPD Blue and Boston Public before getting a guest starring role in Joan of Arcadia. But, she is remembered best for her role in Spiderman 2, playing the daughter of Peter Parker’s landlord who had a very obvious crush on the superhero. She’s recently been seen in Cold Case, Standoff, Bones, The Shield and Lie to Me. Some folks may also remember her from Christina Aguilera’s music video for the song Beautiful. She will be seen in the movie The Factory with John Cusack, Sonya Walger and Mae Whitman.

Keegan Connor Tracy
Keegan Connor Tracy – Keegan made one time guest appearances in shows like Three, First Wave, Seven Days and Dark Angel before landing a role in the short-lived UPN series Jake 2.0 alongside Christopher Gorham. Around that same time she starred in the movies 40 Days and 40 Nights, Final Destination 2 and White Noise. In recent years she’s been seen in The 4400, Stargate: SG-1, Supernatural and Psych. She had a recurring role in Battlestar Galactica and will be seen in the box office movie Smokin’ Aces: Blowback with Tom Berenger and completed the movie The Building with Erica Durance (from Smallville).

Nicole Tubiola
Nicole Tubiola – Viewers of the ABC Family Channel will recognize Nicole from the series Wildfire, but she made appearances in The Amanda Show, The Steve Harvey Show and Boston Public prior to Wildfire. She has most recently been seen in the box office movie Fired Up and was recently seen in the ABC Family Channel movie My Fake Fiance with Melissa Joan Hart and Joseph Lawrence. She also appeared in the comedy movie Wake alongside Bijou Phillips, Iam Somerhalder and Jane Seymour.

Victor Webster
Victor Webster – Victor got his start in soaps like Sunset Beach and Days of Our Lives and then had guest appearances in Baywatch, Becker and V.I.P. He made a name for himself as Brennan Mulwray in the syndicated series Mutant X before moving on to a recurring role in latter part of Charmed, a recurring role in the short-lived WB series Related and a recurring role in the ABC Family drama Lincoln Heights. Most recently he has been seen in CSI: Miami, NCIS, Moonlight and Harper’s Island. He recently had a small role in the box office move Surrogates and appeared in the Lifetime Movie Network movies Killer Hair and Hostile Makeover with Maggie Lawson (from Psych). He is also currently appearing in the rebooted version of Melrose Place. He will be seen in the movie Burning Palms alongside Zoe Saldana and Nick Stahl, the horror movie Primal Scream and the movie Coming & Going with Sasha Alexander and Ivana Milicevic.

Nick Wechsler
Nick Wechsler – His first appearance was a blink and you’ll miss him scene in the Danielle Steel made-for-TV movie Full Circle, then he stepped into a role on the short-lived series Team Knight Rider. He then joined the cast of the cult favorite series Roswell. Since the end of that series, he’s made appearances in Tru Calling, North Shore, Vanished, Without A Trace, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Lie to Me and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Kevin Weisman
Kevin Weisman – Kevin’s face is very recognizable to anyone who has seen Alias, but he has also appeared on Felicity, Roswell, Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and Moonlight. Some of his other appearances include ER, JAG, The Pretender, The X-Files, Chuck, Ghost Whisperer, October Road, Numb3rs andb. He will be seen in the movies High Midnight, Flipped with Aidan Quinn and Penelope Ann Miller, Undocumented, Level 26: Dark Origins and Space Buddies.
Do you agree? Disagree? Do you recognize any or are they all unknowns to you? NGTV would love to hear your thoughts. The next installment will be posted on Wednesday.

I just finished Felicity DVDs buying on http://www.buybestdvds.com.
I mean things got a little weird when involving time traveling…I even thought that it was a joke or really a
dream of hers…or is it? and why elena was alive?…all things aside, I love this series. I love that she ended up
with Ben, and I love that she found what she really wanted.
and I want to watch it all over again
Just becuase an actor is really good does not mean they deserve their own TV show. For example, Kevin Weisman is a character actor. He’s not meant to be the star, and that is not a bad thing. That is a good thing. He plays off different roles. He’s better playing the side kick, AKA Alias, or being the villian like on NBC’s Chuck.
Not all actors need to have a show either.
You have a right to your opinion, Brooke. And, please note that I clearly state in each list that it is made up of “actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show”. Any of these apply to each actor not that every single one HAS to have their own show, just perhaps they deserve that. At the very least they deserve more attention. We can agree on that, right?
By the way, you would be surprised how many people have no idea who Kevin Weisman even is or, for that matter, who any of the other actors and actresses I have highlighted in all of the installments of this article series even are.
These installments are bringing to light those actors/actresses that the majority of the viewing audience don’t even know or recognize and that is the intention of these installments, getting deserving actors and actresses a little more attention.
i loved nick on roswell. he does need a new show and id so watch. he’s adorable and super funny. i <3 him!
Karla: I’m glad you like the choice of Nick Wechsler, who was great as Kyle in Roswell. As a big fan of the show, I couldn’t overlook giving him some extra attention. I keep hoping that he’ll find another fun role like Kyle and be back on our TV screens on a regular basis again.
